Looking for fun activities right at home? All of our on-site amenities and services were created to recharge the soul or get some serious productivity accomplished. You’ll find a record player, ping pong, community kitchen, TV, and cozy fireplace in the community room. Also included is a study room with computers, a fitness room and free Wi-Fi in the amenity spaces. From health to hanging out, there’s a spot devoted to it.
Fitness:
Work it. Cardio gear, yoga space & free weights—the fitness room is set up with everything you need to boost endorphins, lower stress, and get the ol’ heart pumping.
Community Kitchen:
Birthday parties. Movie snack bar. Prepare food for all the fun occasions in the community kitchen located in the community room. Residents will be able to utilize the fully equipped community kitchen for any meal — big or small.
Community Room:
Balance is key to life. Sometimes we need a quiet moment alone and sometimes we want to have fun with friends. The community room located in building 1 has just what you need for both occasions. Lounge in front of a warm fireplace, host your own movie night, or challenge your neighbor to a ping-pong battle while listening to tunes on the community record player.

No one will be able to break your concentration. The study room is waiting for whatever technology needs you might have. With computers and printing capabilities—you’ll be able to fill out job applications, stay in touch with family, and research your newest hobby.
